This is Not your Argos style flimsy and weak poles rubbish - this is a very strong steel bunk bed with a single bed on top, and a sofa that pulls out into a double bed on the bottom. this was about £1000 when we bought it 6 years ago, I think it was from Furniture Village if I remember right - it still has many years of life left in it .
the top single mattress is in good condition, no sagging, still firm and springy. the bottom sofa mattress has a started to sag but is still clean and usable but you may prefer to replace this one which is not expensive and easily sought.
